Dani Ellingham, the founder of Vannucchi, is your designer and maker. Each item is handcrafted by her in her East Sussex studio/workshop.
Please allow for processing times when ordering as these are not mass-produced items. We aim to have your product out within 3-7 days, for peak season we ask for an increased lead time of 3-10 days. All commissions up to 2 weeks.
Working with Dani’s unique styling of combining wood and metal, she will be happy to turn your ideas into something of sentimental value.
The design process is organic, with regular communication with you the client. The following questions need to be answered and emailed over to email@example.com

These questions help in the development of your commissions, so it is important that you have thought carefully about your request and can answer as fully as possible with the correct information.

All personalised and commissioned items are non refundable and returnable unless found faulty on receipt of item. Proof of this will be required. You will have 24 hours from payment to cancel your order, but beyond that, once works have begun, you are tied into this contract.
We currently use a variety of silver and brass within our ranges.
Following the Jewellery care guides provided, will help to keep your jewellery looking lovely and prolong the life of your treasured items.
Always store your items in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Your Vannucchi box’s are ideal for your storage needs.
Always remove your items before sleeping and any exercise, as this will shorten the life span of your treasured jewellery.
Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals as this can stain and damage the materials used. It is advisable that jewellery is removed when using oily and perfumed products.
Vannucchi can not replace one of a kind creations, but can work to try to repair them where possible. If repairs are required, there will be a small fee according to the works needed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes we ship internationally, but please ensure you are familiar with your countries customs laws and fees. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage or extra fees caused due to import/customs regulations.
Shipping to anywhere in the UK is included and all items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All international orders are shipped Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, to reduce the risk of loss and cost of damage.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank holidays).
We aim to ship most items within 3-7 days, at peak periods we recommend you allow up to 10 days. On all commissioned items we request you allow up to two weeks. Once shipped the delivery time is out of our control, but we would say allow for 3-4 working days on all UK orders, Peak times up to 7 days.
For international orders, delivery can be anywhere between 5-28 working days.

No. International orders may be subject to customs taxes, local duties, and handling charges. These ARE the responsibility of the customer. Vannucchi can not be held accountable for your individual country’s laws and fees. Any damage caused by customs, we will attempt to claim back on the insurance, but this may not always be possible.
NOTE: Some of our products include exotic wood that may have restrictions on shipping. If we are aware of any sanctions related to your countries shipping address, we will have to unfortunately cancel your order with immediate effect however a full refund will be issued. As we can not be aware of and responsible for every individual countries customs regulations and sanctions, we ask that you please research before purchasing our items if you have any concerns.
We want you to love your items, but if you decide you want to cancel your order, you can on all off the shelf items. Please see our delivery and returns policy for more information.
All our jewellery is presented in our lovely branded gift boxes. We don’t at this time offer a further gift-wrapping service. We don’t include paper invoices with your orders unless specifically requested, however please note that if shipping internationally, by law we are obligated to state the value of the item on the outside of the package.
At Vannucchi we believe in minimising waste wherever possible, so we do not include a paper invoice with your order as standard. If however, you would like a phyiscal copy for invoice, please let us know and we shall include on in the package.
Most of our woods have come from carefully selected vendors who believe in limiting our environmental impact and only purchase FSC Certified wood from FSC suppiers. On occassion Dani uses exotic hardwoods that have been gifted to her. This will be stated in the individual listings, but if this is of concern to you, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase to enquire about the origins of the materials used.
In addition to this, we have pledged 5 % of our sales to a wonderful organisation, based down in Devon called Moor Trees.
We would like to support the replacement and regeneration of our natural woodlands, so for every purchase, 5 % will go towards a donation to plant a tree.
